OUR WORK

Doing Otherwise - Zine

Gulabi Zameen and Junakee Community Practices Team collaborated with collectives and communities across Asia-Pacific to co-create a zine on participatory art practices in gender and climate knowledge making.

Conversations with Youth for Climate India, Lifetide Community, Mako Micro-Press, and HerSpace led to reflections on how creative and particpatory approaches can be used to organize, resist and create spaces of care.

Our reflections, along with some of our own approaches to knowledge making are depicted in this Zine. Access the zine here

The project was supported by the inspiring community of feminists and climate advocates from the Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Center for Women (ARROW) and Gender & Climate Community of Practice co-curated by ARROW.
